Re-imagining 'where' and 'when' people work
Technology has enabled these changes via combinations of AI software, analytics, sensors, avatars, embodiment and more. Stream 2 investigates how dispersed networks are enabling a new type of workplace, and develops the technologies and practices needed to optimise the benefits of networked workplaces. For example, work in dangerous environments once carried out by humans can be completed from command centers, and health services can be provided across vast distances.
